Xolo A1000 is a Phablet with 5-inch HD IPS display offering 1280 x 720 pixels resolutions with 295 PPI. Running on Android 4.1 Jelly Bean A1000 is a Dual Sim phone powered with 1 GHz dual-core Mediatek MT 6577 processor and 1GB of RAM which makes it pretty powerful in terms of performance and multitasking. There is also a PowerVR SGX 531 GPU to make it even better with Gaming. Thats not all. Users also get 8 Megapixel rear camera powered with BSI sensor and LED Flash which makes it capable to record videos in FULL HD and high quality. There is also a 1.2 Megapixel front facing camera that too with BSI sensor using which we can make video calls in HD quality. As per storage Xolo A1000 comes with 4GB internal storage that can be expanded upto 32GB using MicroSD card. The device also supports connectivity options such as 3G (HSDPA: 7.2 Mbps, HSUPA: 5.7 Mbps), WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS.
Though the device is quiet powerful in itself but there are many tasks which cannot be done without using PC Suites such as using the device as a Modem with computer to share internet, or syncing Contacts, Calendars, etc with PC based programs like Outlook or web based services like Yahoo or Google. There are many more stuffs where you will require the PC Suite.
