Xolo today released Android 5.0 Lollipop update for Xolo Q610s. Isn’t that a good news. Xolo Q610s was launched last year in August with Kiktat OS and decent specifications including 4.5 inch IPS display, 1.3 GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6582M processor, 1GB RAM and 416MHz Mali-400 MP2 GPU. Overall it was a decent budget phone. Now with the latest Android update it becomes more interesting as you get several new features with Lollipop update. There is also very much improvement done in the performance with this new update. If you are a Q610s, you must update your phone right away. Unfortunately, Xolo never releases the update over OTA. So you would have to download and update the firmware manually on the device.
