Gionee announced the new phablet named as Gpad G5 which is a successor to the Gpad G4. Android 4.4 KitKat is the OS coming with the Gpad G5. There is a 5.5 inch HD IPS capacitive display with the Dragontrail glass for protecting the screen from scratches. This phablet is powered by a 1.5 GHz Hexa-core processor which is a MediaTek processor and you get a Mali 450 GPU for gaming.
On the back you can see a 8.0 MP main camera with LED Flash and on the front there is a 2.0 MP front facing camera for selfies. Talking about the memory then, 1GB of RAM onboard with the 8GB internal storage and this storage can also be expanded upto 32GB with the microSD card. Standard connectivity features like the Bluetooth, WiFi, GPS and 3G is supported by this phablet. Last but not the least there’s a 2400mAh battery for powering the device.
