Huawei has launched a new budget friendly 4G VoLTE enabled smartphone under its Honor branding named ‘Honor 6 Play’. Priced approximately at $90, the phone comes with Dual SIM support running on Android 6.0 Marshmallow OS with EMUI 4.1 custom UI on the top. There is a separate hardware easy key which can be customized to assign apps with three gestures, including press, double press, and press-and-hold.
The new Honor 6 Play sports a 5 inch HD display with 1280 x 720 Pixels resolution. The phone is powered by 1.4 GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6737T processor accompanied by 600MHz Mali-T720 GPU and 2GB of RAM along with 16GB internal storage memory. We can expand the same further using microSD card.
Under the hood, the phone carries an 8 Megapixel rear camera with auto focus, dual LED Flash and f/2.0 aperture. There is also a front 5 Megapixel front-facing camera with LED flash. f/2.0 aperture and 84° wide-angle lens for wider Selfies. We also get FM Radio with 3.5mm audio jack for music on the go. Along with 4G VoLTE it also supports other standard connectivity options such as Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0 and GPS. Honor has backed up the phone with 3020mAh battery.
