Vivo has launched yet another Selfie dedicated smartphone named “Vivo V7” with huge 24MP front camera and FullView display. Priced at Rs. 18990, the phone comes with Fingerprint sensor for better security of the phone and information stored on the same. It comes with Dual SIM support with dedicated slots for 2 SIMs and a MicroSD card arranged in a single tray. It comes out of the box running Android 7.1.2 Nougat based Funtouch OS 3.2 Custom UI.
The new Vivo V7 features a 5.7 inch FullView display with 18:9 aspect ratio 2.5D curved glass display protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 4 for longer durability. The screen is narrow bezels with 83.6% screen-to-body ratio and offers 1440 x 720 pixels resolution. Vivo is powering the phone with 1.8GHz Octa-Core Snapdragon 450 14nm Mobile Platform teamed up with Adreno 506 GPU and 4GB of RAM making it fast enough for performance and multitasking. As per storage, we get internal 32GB memory with support of up to 256GB microSD card.
Coming to camera section, with Vivo V7 we get a 16 Megapixel primary camera with LED flash, f/2.0 aperture, OmniVision OV16880 sensor and PDAF. While on the front facing, there is a 24 Megapixel Selfie shooter with with LED flash, f/2.0 aperture, Face Beauty 7.0 and Portrait mode. This front camera also has Face unlock feature.
Furthermore, the phone has Hi-Fi audio chip, FM Radio and 3.5mm audio jack. As per connectivity, V7 supports 4G VoLTE with other standard connectivity features including Wi-Fi 802.11 ac (2.4GHz + 5GHz), Bluetooth 4.2 and GPS + GLONASS. The phone is powered on 3000mAh built-in battery.
