Oppo has launched a new Selfie focused smartphone with huge full-screen display priced at Rs. 19990. The phone comes with unibody metal design and supports Dual SIM connectivity with dedicated microSD card slot. It also has a Fingerprint sensor adding better security to the phone. It is running on Android 7.1 Nougat with Oppo’s own ColorOS 3.2 custom UI on the top of it.
The new Oppo F5 sports a huge 6 inch FHD+ 18:9 aspect ratio full-screen 2.5D curved glass display offering 2160 × 1080 pixels resolution with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection for better durability. Oppo has powered up the phone with 2.5GHz Octa-Core MediaTek Helio P23 16nm processor accompanied by 800MHz ARM Mali G71 MP2 GPU making the phone quite good in performance. As per RAM and storage, the phone comes in two different variants that includes 4GB RAM with 32GB onboard storage and 6GB RAM with 64GB onboard storage memory. Both can be expanded up to 256GB using microSD card.
Under camera section, we get a 16 Oppo F5 primary camera with LED flash and f/1.8 aperture. For Selfie lovers, the phone carries a 20 Megapixel front-facing camera with f/2.0 aperture and 1/2.8″ sensor . It also comes with A.I. beauty recognition technology that scan 200 facial recognition spots to beautify a selfie shot perfectly and also offers bokeh effect. This camera can also be used for face unlock for unlocking the phone. The phone also brings FM Radio with 3.5mm audio jack for non-stop music.
